1. Title I, Part A – “Improving Academic Achievement” supports Clinton Park Elementary and Northside Elementary as school-wide Title I schools; provides resources for Baptist Children's Village; pays for professional development; funds three part-time Family and School Liaisons; assists homeless students; and funds a portion of a secretary and a director.
2. Title II, Part A – "Teacher and Principal Training" funds activities including registration / travel / substitutes / training; class size reduction teachers; and incentives for retention / recruitment of highly qualified staff.
3. Title III – “Limited English Proficient Grant” provides resources, translations and professional development.
4. Title IV – “Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Communities” is used to conduct annual surveys, purchase resources and provide professional development.
